Well he thought she just wanted to hold it for a second. She ends up just taking it from him. She is a bitch! However it is all smoothed over by the team's marketing manager and others. Watch to the end. It is not really as good as getting a foul ball but if it is truly signed it's okay. But she is still a bitch.
