Yeah gasses tend to build in those things. Also gasses have been known to build in the portable outhouses too. I have never seen it happen but I have heard that it has and can. This guy throwing a cigarette in the sewer will think twice before doing that again. In fact there is a warning in Persian written across the screen telling people not to.
