The truck driver says he didn't know he was dragging him!?! Wouldn't You think he would feel the drag on the truck? However this was in California where Marijuana is legal. How could he not hear the noise of the car being drug? It makes me realize that trucks need plenty of room from now on I am giving them lots of space.
