Meanwhile in Milwaukee this car thief got more than he bargained for. This tough lady jumps on the hood of her car to try and stop the thief. Later she climbs off and opens the door of the vehicle. I can't say she actually stops the thief but she definitely slowed him down. Where I can't recommend this I have to say nicely done lady.
