A Real Life Superhero In Virginia

I really don't think police appreciate this but the guy has been fighting crime in Norfolk Virginia for about two years now. He took the name black widow after being bitten by You got it a spider.  He knows Karate and carries pepper spray and a baton and looks for crime so he can stop it or get really hurt while trying to stop it. Where it's a wonderful idea I just worry for the guy and hope he doesn't get himself hurt or killed.
