It is a reality schools all across Virginia are opening and it seems earlier and earlier every year. Here is a little video reminder of the state laws that are in effect all across Virginia. This video was put together by Frederick County Virginia Sheriff's department and talks about Frederick County but make no mistake the laws are for All Of Viginia! So like the officers in the video remind us "Just Stop" when You see those flashing lights and buses picking up or unloading it's the law.
