With The New Month Comes New Laws In Virginia

We already know that gas is going up 7 cents a gallon on July 1st for those of us near Interstate 81. That could produce 2 billion dollars to help fund much needed improvements along the Interstate. That isn't really a law but there are a number of laws going into effect starting Monday July 1st. Many including new driving laws some including our kids some include our pets.
