Do people that have a problem with this billboard have their licenses? If so they really should have their eyes checked. This is obviously the ring finger extended but at first clanch perhaps it looks like the other finger. HA! Pretty clever billboard I will say. Divorce at 499 dollars is a great deal too wouldn't say.
