The Who is coming out with a new album and going back on the road.
The band's longtime manager is confirming that they'll tour the U.S. in 2019 and will also record an album this year. The announcement came yesterday from manager Bill Curbishley during an interview with BBC Radio. Curbishley said Pete Townshend has written about a dozen really great songs, and is writing more. This wil lbe their second album released since 1982’s “It’s Hard.”
As for the tour, he said there will be an announcement over the next couple of weeks. Source: Best Classic Bands
