Easter is just a few weeks away and new research from DoorDash reveals the top trends hatching for the holiday. From foil-wrapped bunnies to egg-shaped treats, these are the goodies going into baskets across the country this spring.
DoorDash analyzed sales data from the weeks leading up to Easter in 2025 to highlight the most-ordered Easter candy and more.
- According to their Easter Trends report, Reese’s Pieces are number one nationwide for filling baskets.
- Parents also ordered more sidewalk chalk (orders up 360%), food coloring (up 220%) for dyeing eggs, and arts & crafts supplies (up 70%) for their little bunnies’ Easter baskets.
- DoorDash also crunched the numbers to find the most popular Peeps color in the U.S. is yellow, which takes the top spot in 18 states. Blue comes in a close second with 16 states preferring this pastel shade of marshmallow chicks, followed by lavender (nine states) and pink (two states).
- Brunch is also big for Easter and restaurant delivery orders for brunch favorites were on the rise, including Croque Monsieur (up 210%), Eggs Benedict and Deviled Eggs (both up 60%).
