Arctic blast will be coming to the Eastern U.S. this weekend, bringing a deep-freeze to millions. Temperatures are expected to fall from the Dakotas all the way down to Florida, with forecasters saying it will feel more like January than November. That's about 10 to 15 degrees below average. In the meantime, the western half of the country can expect above-average temps next week. The storm could produce the first snow in the Northern Plains to the Great Lakes, Appalachians and northern New England.
