Science has shown it is the most important meal of the day, but the “when” can make you live longer. It turns out eating times are based on our body clocks (circadian rhythm) and researchers think that keeping earlier breakfast start times could help restore circadian rhythms in older adults. That in turn makes people healthier and happier and leads to longer life. The trick is to eat within 31 minutes of waking up.
