Don’t Be Surprised If You See Costco Kirkland Products At Other Stores

If you’ve spotted Kirkland Signature goodies outside of Costco recently, you’re not imagining things. Shoppers are catching everything from tuxedo cakes to gallon jugs of milk being resold at local bodegas, coffee shops, and even dance studios, usually at a hefty markup. One viral example showed a $5.29 slice of cake that costs about $21 for the whole thing at Costco, while another shopper found Kirkland milk priced more than double. As Redditors pointed out, that’s actually the whole idea of Costco’s wholesale model, so while some grumble about paying more, others say it’s simply the price of convenience.
