If you love Costco but can’t stand the long checkout lines, it’s about to get better. While competitor Sam’s Club already has a Scan-and-Go system in place, Costco is slowly rolling one out. The company isn’t staying where there testing is happening, but here is what to expect: there will be a QR code to scan when you enter the warehouse. Then, you scan the items before placing them in your cart. At the end of your trip, you pay and go. There are some items that you will not be able to use the checkout option with. There’s no word on when the feature will roll out to all stores.
