We knew that a “King of the Hill” revival was happening and now we know when it’s happening! It’ll drop on Hulu on August 4. The show ran on Fox from 1997-2010 and the season’s expected to be a continuation of the show. They will acknowledge all the time that’s passed, as Bobby Hill, who was a middle schooler during the original show, is now all grown up. Hulu's description of the 10 episode season notes that "After years working a propane job in Saudi Arabia to earn their retirement nest egg, Hank and Peggy Hill return to a changed Arlen, Texas, to reconnect with old friends Dale, Boomhauer and Bill. Meanwhile, Bobby is living his dream as a chef in Dallas and enjoying his 20s with his former classmates Connie, Joseph and Chane.”
