YouTube is debuting a cheaper tier of its Premium subscription service. The company announced the new Premium Lite tier yesterday. It will cost eight-dollars per month compared to 14-bucks per month for the original Premium tier. YouTube says the new Lite option will allow subscribers to watch "most" videos without ads. Lite subscribers will see the most ads while watching music and YouTube Shorts content.
