New Ruling In The UK - Calling A Man "Bald" Is Sexual Harassment

The High Court in the UK has ruled that calling a man "bald" can be considered sexual harassment. This decision came after electrician Tony Finn, claimed he was sexually harassed by his boss, who called him a "stupid, bald, c***" during an argument, and then he was fired. It was ruled that the remark was related to sex, noting that baldness is more common in men, and therefore the comment "crossed a line."

British High Court Judge, Mrs. Justice Ellenbogen said that commenting on a man's baldness in the workplace is the equivalent to remarking on the size of a woman's breasts in the workplace. This new ruling now paves the way for Mr. Finn to receive compensation more than five years after he was first insulted. Many on social media expressed disbelief over the ruling, with one user calling it "utter nonsense" and another saying, "this is silly."
