It's the end of a decades long tradition at both Orioles and Ravens home stadiums! However it isn't just at these classic stadiums but grocery stores as well. It seems it was a difficult decision for all involved as the Esskay home office has discontinued the Esskay hot dog altogether. Indeed the end of an era as the dogs have been made since 1858 by Esskay. They have been served at Camden Yards, Memorial Stadium and M&T Stadium before some of these teams were even in Baltimore. Not to mention lunches across the country for YEARS! WHY!?! For the whole sorted sad story click here for the report from the Baltimore Sun dot com.
