Major Shake Up In The Washington Redskins

In a developing story the Washington Redskins have shaken up their front office. The Washington Business Journal reports at this link. Business Chief Brian Lafemina, Chief Marketing Officer Steven Ziff and Chief Commercial Officer Todd Kline have all been let go. All three men were hires from over the summer and haven't lasted a year in their positions. Brian Lafemina is credited with boosting ticket sales and stadium revenue. He was also responsible for ending the team's season ticket waiting list in June. Lafemina when hired was given some of the duties of team president Bruce Allen who has retained his current position. That despite a 59-83-1 record in his nine years with the team and Dan Snyder remains team owner.
