Bill Cosby was facing 5 to 10 years in prison. Because of his age and the fact that he is legally blind his lawyers were asking for either probation or house arrest. He was facing up to 30 years in prison but the judge merged his sentence. The judge made his ruling at 2:10 PM this afternoon in Montgomery County Pennsylvania. Bill Cosby has been sentenced to 3 to 10 years in a state facility. Bill Cosby's law team will appeal the sentence.
