As always the slo mo guys like to take there time when demonstrating stuff. So You can fast forward to around a minute and a half into the video. That is not near as bad as it has been and yes it is worth it. As always Don't Try This At Home...Okay?....No seriously just don't...As the video will show You it is not as easy as it looks.
