Oh My! Such a nice bike to be turning over too...However while the officer is struggling with staying upright there is someone else involved. I have to assume it is another officer asking the question at the end. I hope it is not just an ordinary citizen asking because it could lead to him being harassed by the officer that is struggling. It is fun to watch however.
