Here Is Why You Have Seen A Lot More Dragonflies

Some friends of mine in Front Royal as well as in Winchester have reported seeing a whole bunch of Dragonflies lately. In fact we have seen more than usual Dragonflies right here at the station near the Winchester airport. Well it has taken years to understand but scientist think they now have the answer. It seems that the Dragonfly like the Monarch Butterfly will migrate. Recently one of my favorite Facebook pages Wildlife Vet Care posted an enlightening article from Smithsonian.com on the subject. By the way I would like to Thank Wildlife Vet Care for all the Great and Amazing work they do for our Wildlife both large and small! Gotta Love Nature it does some amazing stuff.
