The Question Of The Weekend: Should Daylight Savings Time Become Permanent

It's that time of year again when we change our clocks. We spring forward and lose an hour but gain more sunshine at the end of the day. It's really a trick the sun will rise later and set after 7 and if a group of lawmakers from Florida have their way we will never fall back. In fact Senator Marco Rubio says if Daylight Savings becomes preeminent it will reduce crime, car accidents, improve health and boost the economy. Marco and other lawmakers have to get what they call the Sunshine Protection Act past congress and it could go nationwide. They have tried to get the act past in the past by it didn't fly maybe it will this time. How Do You Feel About That?
