The Food and Drug Administration plans to propose a ban on menthol cigarettes. This has been an ongoing goal by the anti smoking campaigners. It is also an attempt to crack down on flavored and e-cigarettes. The good news is smoking is way down across the board but also reportedly more people are vaping as opposed to smoking. One way or another the ban could go into effect as early as this week if the FDA has their way.
