A 61-year-old man just learned he’s been spelling his name wrong all his life.
Allan Grainger found his birth certificate last weekend and it turned his life upside down. There’s no paternity issue, it’s just that he’s been spelling his name wrong all this time. It’s actually spelled “A-L-A-N.”
He and his family had a great laugh since Alan has two tattoos with the wrong spelling! Most of his legal info has two “L’s”
The amusing problem was caught on video and shared by his daughter Mya on socials.
