Scientist say the core is cooling and causing wrinkles in the satellite's surface. Also moonquakes are being recorded which is making the moon to grow smaller. This is information gathered by equipment left behind in the 1960's and 70's. One day scientist hope to send more sophisticated equipment up to the satellite.
