It looks like Richard Petty will be putting in two stops in Winchester in the month of May. We already knew he was coming with his son Kyle with his ride across America for Victory Junction Camp on May 9th at Grove's Winchester Harley Davidson. Now it's been announced that Richard Petty will be the Sports Marshal for the 91st Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival!
